Opened or Used Products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

Unused & Unopened Products
May be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
